JOB TYPE: Full Time with full benefits eligibility

LOCATION: We have locations in Indiana, Ohio and will soon be expanding into more states

COMPENSATION: Generally, most roles will start between $25 - $35 an hour. These positions are Non-exempt with opportunities for overtime available. Per diem may be available for those outside the specified distance from the work site. Mileage and other reimbursements may be included as well. All compensation details will depend solely on location.

POSITION SUMMARY: This is a project-based position, and you should demonstrate a thorough knowledge of all construction activities, means and methods to ensure projects are completed in accordance with all applicable requirements including standards, engineering design, regulatory guidelines, permits and schedules. If you are a self-starter and motivated to provide the best customer service and highest quality and thrive in a demanding environment this might be your next role. To stand out you should be an incredibly detailed and organized team player with demonstrated success in high pressure situations.

What you will be responsible for: (Disclaimer: The lists below are not all inclusive and may vary based on location)

  • Thorough Knowledge of Construction activities for gas distribution.
  • Ensuring your team is adhering to the highest safety standards.
  • You should have acute attention to detail and be highly organized.
  • Be ready to engage with clients and fellow team members to conduct efficient operations.
  • Maintain compliance with all standards of conduct, client SOP's, company policies and procedures.

Duties you can expect day-to-day:

  • Perform inspection of all contractors' duties on pipe replacement projects including squeezing, grounding, purging, and PE pipe fitting installation of ½" through 8".
  • Complete and maintain all Paxon and client specific Operator Qualifications.
  • Exercise your authority to STOP WORK as required to prevent on-site work mishaps and maintain a safe work environment.
  • Ensure all documentation is completed in a timely manner.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You must have the following: (Minimum)

  • A combination of experience in pipeline inspection, industrial construction, and pipeline construction of at least three to five (3-5) years.
  • You must be comfortable communicating with clients and providing excellent customer service.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office and have excellent attention to detail.

If you have the following it will be a big plus: (Preferred)

  • NACE CIP Level 1
  • API 1169 Certification
