You will play a key role in helping customers to go live and driving customer adoption, engagement, and satisfaction by providing expert guidance, training, and support.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage customer deployments and work with stakeholders on timelines
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their goals, challenges, and needs
• Drive adoption and meet with important stakeholders on an ongoing basis
• Provide ongoing customer support, including answering questions, resolving issues, and providing product training
• Work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to communicate customer feedback and drive product improvementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
