We are revolutionizing how tradespeople find jobs and how companies hire blue-collar workers. We're building AI agents that can handle every aspect of skilled trades recruitment, from initial outreach to interviewing to closing. Our founding team comes packed with 16+ years of experience in leading ML teams with experiences at Verkada, Waymo, NVIDIA, Bridgewater, and Stanford. We've raised $xM from prominent VCs and other founders, including those from/investors in Rippling, OpenAI, xAI, Brave, Hebbia, Docker, Cruise, Verkada, Lyft, and Zoom.

We're looking for a passionate Founding Engineer to join our team and accelerate our mission of connecting good people to great opportunities.

Responsibilities:

• - Own product features: Take customer needs and turn them into operationally excellent code
• - Iterate on publication-grade ML: Ideate on new ML approaches to drive step-change improvements in agent behavior - Wear many hats: Be flexible in day-to-day work, which may involve frontend, backend, infrastructure, and ML
• - Move mountains: Do whatever it takes to move the company forward

Qualifications

• - B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field.
• - 4+ years of proven engineering experience within a startup environment.
• - Proficiency in Python and backend technologies like FastAPI, Flask, Django
• - Proficient in database technology, both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis).
• - Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or similar containerization and orchestration technologies.
• - Strong ability to work under pressure and manage workload effectively in a high-demand, competitive environment.
• - Excellent teamwork skills with a robust work ethic
• - Passionate about working with the smartest people on the hardest problems

Additional Information

Salary: $150,000-$200,000
