Salary: $30 - $33 per Hour

Job Title - Dispatcher
Location - San Francisco, CA
Schedule - 6am to 9 am - 5 pm Mon- Fri

Job Description

• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally in English (answering phones, email, and heavy data input.)
• Schedule and dispatch technicians to customer locations for service based on location, the skill level of the technicians, and facility guidelines.
• Receive service requests from customers and coworkers.
• Enter information into the computer.
• Order necessary equipment for jobs
• Debrief Techs at the end of the day to ensure paperwork, pictures, and/or videos were completed and submitted.
• Provide administrative, informational, and customer service support to external customers, service technicians, and sales team Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, combined with a clear phone voice is necessary. Prior dispatching experience for a service company is a PLUS. This position requires a high degree of organization, computer skills, attention to detail, customer service skills, must be a team player, and have the energy to work in a fast-paced team environment. Must be able to embrace change.
