Description:

  1. Good verbal/written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills to interact positively and productively with associated computer systems, end-users and co-workers.
  2. Strong knowledge on Office 365, and Outlook related issues handling
  3. Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.
  4. Good experience in customer/partner/technical service related roles
  5. Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience
  6. Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience
  7. Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
  8. Application Packaging and Re-packaging services
  9. MSIX based application packages for new apps
  10. Provisioning and De-provisioning
  11. Autopilot based device Provisioning
