Strong knowledge on Office 365, and Outlook related issues handling
Knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Domain Services (such as Print, DHCP, DNS) and network connectivity.
Good experience in customer/partner/technical service related roles
Windows 10 / 7 skills and troubleshooting experience
Apple MAC devices skills and troubleshooting experience
Ensure that all system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.
