The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA location in the Diabetes Care division where we are focused on helping people with diabetes manage their health with life-changing products that provide accurate data to drive better-informed decisions. We're revolutionizing the way people monitor their glucose levels with our new sensing technology.
The Compliance Marketing Manager is part of the Marketing group and focuses on the commercialization of new products within our innovative portfolio of continuous glucose monitoring products which help millions of people around the world.
What You'll Work On
Collaborate with marketers and cross functional teams on marketing programs. Provide guidance on amendments, procedures, agreements, terms and conditions and ensuring the program and documents address corporate and divisional compliance requirements. Maintain compliance with Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) and other corporate and divisional requirements.
Monthly validation and reporting to corporate on transfers of value related to marketing programs (Sunshine Act Reporting).
Support requests from Corporate Governance, OEC, and others.
Support MLR reviews/Veeva PromoMats ad hoc requests, including streamline and improve processes and procedures.
Provide compliance guidance and training on OEC and other corporate and divisional compliance requirements and processes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree
Minimum 6-8 years experience preferably in healthcare/medical device industry.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience preferred with a focus on marketing compliance and auditing
Proven track record with developing, implementing and optimizing a marketing compliance program
Solutions-oriented collaborator
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to influence partners in functional areas
Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills

The base pay for this position is $125,700.00 – $251,500.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
