Qualifications• High school diploma required, B.A. in related field preferred• Minimum of two years' experience working with individuals with disabilities including autism, emotional regulation difficulties, intellectual disabilities and learning disabilities.• Ability to work with IEP team members and follow through with recommendations• Ability to follow directions • Willingness to be trained in Crisis Communication including the use of physical management• No Child Left Behind Compliant Physical RequirementsSignificant standing, bending, stooping, kneeling. Generally, the job requires 10% sitting, 40% walking and 50% standing. This job is performed on a school campus. However you may be required to attend field trips and other class activities.
