Select Staffing is now hiring a Freight Customer Service Agent for Logistics Company in South San Francisco, CA.

Pay Rate: $22-$27/hr. BOE
Shift Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Job Responsibilities:
-Process the workflow of cargo movements for customer and vendor satisfaction.
-Insure timely movement of cargo from origin to destination to fulfill customer's instructions and insure procedures for taking bookings are followed at all times.
-Coordinate with customs brokers to obtain release documents in a timely manner to maximize productivity of the warehouse.
-Process claim paperwork timely and accurately with carriers.
-Verify on-boards and forward necessary correspondence to customers.
-Check vendors and customers in at dock office in a professional manner.
-Process all billing within necessary time frame and billing is accurate.
-Other duties as assigned.
