Pay Rate: $24.00 Per Hour

(Additional $1.00 per hour for hours worked between 7:00pm and 11:59pm. Additional $2.00 per hour for hours worked between 12:00am-4:59am)

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

* Performs routine chick hatchery equipment maintenance.

* Responsible for parts inventory control.

* Performs preventative maintenance on equipment.

* Train and lead lower-level C and Training Mechanics as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

* Must have minimum of 2 years of maintenance experience.

* Must have strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.

* Must be able to work with minimal supervision while planning and directing preventative maintenance activities.

* Must be able to maintain a parts inventory and organization.

* Must be able to maintain good attendance.

* Must have good communication skills, with ability to speak, read and write in English.

* Ability to work various shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

* Must have good time management skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
