Summary: The Supply Chain Support Assistant will provide administrative and operational support to the supply chain team. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a keen interest in supply chain operations.

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the coordination, tracking and planning, of shipments and inventory levels.

* Assist in the preparation of reports, data analysis, and presentations related to supply chain management and performance.

* Maintain accurate records of supply chain activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules.

* Support the preparation of reports and data analysis related to supply chain performance.

* Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any issues.

* Help manage and update supply chain databases, spreadsheets, and systems.

* Assist in the preparation and organization of meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.

* Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and ordering office supplies.

* Support special projects and initiatives within the supply chain department as needed.

Qualifications:

* Associate's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

* Strong organizational and time management skills.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

* Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

* Experience with supply chain management software or ERP systems is a plus.

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no supervisory responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to walk. The employee is occasionally required to stand; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance and taste or smell. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and distance vision.
