Job Description
The Customer Service Representative @ BridgePoint at Los Altos provides exceptional customer service that establishes a warm, secure and friendly atmosphere in the community.
This is a part-time position, Friday & Saturday, 2pm-10pm.
Pay range: $21-23/hr
What will I do every day?
* Monitor residents, guests and or visitors coming in and out of the community
* Assist residents with requests as needed
* Take the lead in the day-to-day administration of the move-in and welcome process
* Maintain a neat and clean front desk and entrance area
* Respond to emergencies and supply emergency personnel
* Audit records and files
What will I need to be successful in this role?
* Bring a smile to work every day
* Be a great team player
* 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
* High school diploma or GED preferred
