Ensure that all financial data is accurate and complete. Maintain and oversee the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are recorded appropriately and accurately. Utilize the Yardi platform for all financial processes, including data entry, reporting, and reconciliation. Identify opportunities for process improvements within the system. Provide assistance during external and internal audits, ensuring all documentation is readily available and complies with audit requests. Work closely with other departments, such as investment and development teams, to ensure accurate project accounting and reporting. Participate in ad hoc financial analyses and projects as assigned by the Controller or senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 10 years of relevant real estate / private equity experience Strong experience with Yardi ERP system is required.
