Requirements

• Proven success in a customer service and order entry/processing environment


• Ability to work cohesively with sales team to optimize the customer experience.


• Passion for people and developing repour with customers.


• Amazing communication skills.


• Enjoys a fast-paced working environment.


• Attention to detail, sort and filter through part numbers and product features.


• Solid MS Office experience


• NetSuite system experience including MS Office products


• Typing speed of 45+ wpm with a high accuracy rate


• Ability to sit, walk and stand for long periods of time.


• Reliable and able to work full-time and overtime hours.


• Picks up quick, Intelligent and understands that this position uses their voice as a first contact with our customers.
