Job Details

As a Domestic Operations Agent, you'll manage freight shipments, track and trace loads, and communicate with customers with shipment updates. You'll work closely with carriers to ensure accurate data, update shipment statuses, and arrange transportation logistics. This fast-paced role requires good communication and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly.
salary: $20 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 2 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
•Track and trace shipments in a timely manner to best serve our customers
•Enter shipment data ensuring a commitment to quality and accuracy
•Provide timely and accurate shipment information to carriers
•Confirm carrier billed charges align with expected costs
•Outbound calls to customers to update on shipments
