Description:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our team and help us attract top talent in the Web3 space. You'll work closely with our client's leadership to build a strong HR strategy that aligns with our goals, promoting a supportive and productive work environment.

Our Client is an innovative and ambitious company operating in the Web3 market, specializing in Web3 Incubation and Web3 Hedge Fund management. With a history of developing successful businesses from the ground up, our client has evolved from a small startup to a profitable holding company of approximately 500 employees. They are now focusing exclusively on Web3 solutions to further expand their impact in this growing market.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Define hiring needs by analyzing the company's strategy to identify roles and responsibilities, creating job descriptions, and establishing necessary skills and experience levels. Prioritize hiring based on business requirements.
  2. Attract candidates by actively sourcing both online and offline, partnering with professional communities, participating in hackathons, and attending conferences. Manage referral programs and build a pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
  3. Oversee the hiring process, conducting interviews to ensure alignment between candidate values and company culture, and evaluating candidate skills against job requirements. Coordinate offer negotiations, start dates, and provide relocation support when needed.
  4. Facilitate onboarding for new employees by developing and managing onboarding plans, ensuring they have access to necessary resources, and setting short-term goals for success during the initial stages of their role.
  5. Manage the probation period by monitoring new employee progress, providing regular feedback, gathering insights from colleagues, and conducting final evaluations at the end of the period.
  6. Support ongoing HR operations, assisting with regular employee performance evaluations and satisfaction surveys, updating financial and non-financial benefits, and organizing corporate events and team-building activities. Focus on skill enhancement programs for key employees, and manage exit interviews and the termination process with care.

You have:

  1. 3+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in IT or Web3 industries.
  2. A successful track record of building recruitment processes from the ground up.
  3. A solid understanding of HR-CRM tools for managing leaves, benefits, and more.
  4. Upper-Intermediate English or higher for effective communication with global markets, with insight into EU and English-speaking regions as a plus.
  5. Ukrainian native

Key Hard Skills:

  1. Expertise in the recruitment process from talent acquisition to onboarding.
  2. Strategic planning skills in recruitment and human resources.

  1. Experience organizing corporate events and team-building activities.

What We Offer

  1. Paid Time Off (PTO): 30 working days (240 hours).
