Job Summary:
The Training & Development Partner plays a pivotal role in fostering the growth and development of employees within the organization. This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and presentation of internal trainings. They will also help with designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive talent development programs and initiatives that align with the organization's objectives. The Talent Development Partner collaborates closely with various departments to assess training needs, create department and role-specific plans, develop training materials, and deliver engaging and effective learning experiences. They also oversee performance management processes, providing guidance to managers and employees to enhance performance and career growth. Additionally, the role involves staying current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent development strategies. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in learning and development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for cultivating a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
