Job Summary:

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the operation and organization of shipping, receiving, and warehousing departments for a 24/7 production environment.

Essential Functions:

  • Receives, processes, organizes, and stores inbound inventory. Inspects products for damage and reports as needed.
  • Organizes and stores finished goods from production. Checks to ensure materials are properly marked and labeled.
  • Ships finished goods to customers. Communicates with management about shipping schedule.
  • Organizes pallet storage, tracking the pallet count to ensure pallets are not stolen.
  • Completes paperwork for incoming and outgoing materials.
  • Conducts inventory maintenance including cycle counts, quarterly inventories, Purchase Order Number creation, and data management in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
  • Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to a predetermined sequence, such as type, style, or product code.
  • Assists with tracking inventory using automated systems. Learns new automated systems as these systems are integrated into company processes.

Work Schedule:

  • Swing Shift 2:00 pm – 10:00 pm

Job Type:

*Please note, this is a TEMP to HIRE position

Pay: $21.69 per hour with an increase every six months

Pay Range: $21.69 - $29.95
