Alchemy Global Talent Solutions are currently supporting a Global hospitality provider who are looking to add a Senior Property Manager to their team due to growth.

The successful candidate will play a key part in the Customer Service team making sure that every client and Customer has 1st class service.

Responsibilities of the Senior Property Manager:

• Respond to customer and client inquiries regarding move in and out
  
• Assist with all property duties, including inspections and reporting
  
• Meet and greet with all guests
  
• Identifying of any property issues and assisting the client to rectify these
  
• Work with clients to ensure an accurate booking process
  
• Providing an efficient and positive customer experience
  
• Manage inventory control
  
  Experience & Qualifications:
  
  
  
  • Previous experience in Customer Services or Guest Services
    
  • Experience within the Hospitality, Travel, Real Estate or Relocation Industries
    
  • Demonstrated history of Multitasking
    
  • Excellent Microsoft package skills
    
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
    
  • Strong attention to detail
    
  • Excellent communication skills
    
  • Desire to learn
    
  • Conflict resolution skills would be advantageous
