Join us as we embark on a journey of innovation and growth, and together, to shape the future of automotive manufacturing.In this role, you will: Spearhead the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP solutions to bolster manufacturing operations, optimize supply chain management, and fortify other critical business functionsA good grasp of Engineering PLM processes and how various PLM processes integrate with ERP and manufacturingCollaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into comprehensive technical specifications for SAP enhancements and customizationsEmploy a data-centric approach, leveraging enterprise data governance and data-driven insights to drive business optimization strategiesServe as the primary point of contact for issues and inquiries, delivering prompt troubleshooting and resolutions to mitigate disruptions effectivelyManage relationships with external vendors and consultants engaged in SAP implementation projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project timelines.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferredExtensive hands-on experience (10+ years) in SAP implementation, configuration, and support, with a specialization in manufacturing and automotive modules (e.g. PLM, SAP PP, SAP MM, FICO, EAM)Profound understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and industry-specific requirements within the automotive sectorFamiliarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, CRM) and payment processing solutions are highly desirableBonus QualificationsPossess a solid understanding of the ARIBA systems landscape and procurement processesPrior experience developing and maintaining seamless integrations between SAP and third-party systems, encompassing CRM platforms, payment gateways, and other enterprise applicationsStaying abreast of industry trends and advancements in SAP technology, proactively identifying opportunities for process refinement and system enhancementsCompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $207,000 to $276,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
