Foster City, CAPeople Experience – Compensation /Full-time /HybridAs a Compensation Partner, you will be an integral member of our small but dynamic Compensation team, dedicated to enabling the PEx organization to consistently deliver and communicate fair and equitable compensation programs. Your role is pivotal in providing relational, programmatic, and strategic support to Zoox and enhance our compensation programs, all while aligning with Zoox's distinctive philosophy and organizational structure. You will also play a crucial part in guiding HR Business Partners and Recruiting to ensure best-in-class compensation practices within our organization.In this role, you will: Guide HR Business Partners in implementing compensation programs that attract, retain, and motivate top talentCollaborate with the Recruiting team to ensure competitive and equitable compensation packages are offered to potential hiresCommunicate compensation changes and policies to employees, managers, and stakeholdersProvide training and guidance to foster an understanding of compensation programs and processesProvide in-depth data analysis to inform compensation decisions and program enhancementsUtilize data-driven insights to ensure that compensation practices align with Zoox's mission and valuesQualifications6+ years of compensation, finance, HR and/or analytics experienceCompensation partnership experience is a plus Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skillsDetail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and time management skills Demonstrated organizational and project management skillsBachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Math, Statistics, Science or similar quantitative backgroundsSelf-starter mentality who is comfortable working in an ambiguous, start-up environmentBonus QualificationsAdvanced degree or CCPWorking knowledge of FLSA, Equal Pay, Title VII, etcCompensationThere are three major components to compensation for this position: salary, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $185,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance.
