Airbyte is the open-source standard for EL(T). We enable data teams to replicate data from applications, APIs, and databases to data warehouses, lakes, and other destinations. We believe only an open-source approach can solve the problem of data integration, as it enables us to cover the long tail of integrations while enabling teams to adapt pre-built connectors to their needs.
So far, we've built over 350 connectors and have had 35,000+ companies replicating data with us. We've raised $181M from some of the world's top investors (Benchmark, Accel, Altimeter, Coatue, Y Combinator, etc.) and believe in product-led growth, where we build something awesome and let our product bring the users, rather than an outbound sales engine with cold calls.
If you find this role exciting, we encourage you to apply even if you think you don't meet all requirements.
As the Director of Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for creating, executing and evolving our demand generation strategy, in order to drive new customer logo growth and customer expansion opportunities. You will focus your efforts on the top bun of Airbyte's hamburger go-to-market strategy with new sales-assist qualified pipeline as your north star metric, while collaborating closely with our DevRel & community team focusing on our bottom-up adoption.
This is a unique opportunity to build and grow our marketing organization. You will be part of the executive team and report directly to the co-founder.

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.
Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way.
