Start your career in biotech as a Production Assembler, operating equipment to make finished products used in life science products that improve the lives of millions. In this entry-level role, you`ll be fully trained to become an integral part of the Global Supply Chain production team, where you`ll create gels, code and apply labels, assemble components or cassettes as well as package finished products. You`ll also learn to track and manage inventory, keep records of the production process, and follow the proper procedures so our equipment and environment stay clean, safe, and compliant.

- Contribute to our mission of improving quality of life for millions by contributing to the production of life science products our customers use to advance healthcare
- Help to ensure the safety of our teams and integrity of our products with processes and procedures for safe handling and packaging of materials
- Make your mark by recommending process improvements and identifying and reporting potential safety issues while following guidelines that can include the use of personal protective equipment such as wearing a hood with assisted breathing air.
What You Bring: - High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to follow comprehensive written instructions, to work independently as well as in a team environment, and to perform basic math including use of fractions and decimals where applicable.
- Basic computer skills in applicable programs.
- Knowledge of all safety policies and procedures and handling of goods and/ or hazardous materials.
- Required to wear personal protective equipment which includes a hood with assisted breathing air.
- Ability to lift at least 15 lbs and use equipment such as pallet jacks and lift assist equipment for heavier materials.
Compensation: The estimated hourly range for this position is $16.87 to $23.22 per hour at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be provided in writing at the time of offer, if applicable, and is based on several factors we believe fairly and accurately impact compensation, including geographic location, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and other job permitted factors. As a temporary associate, your employment will be managed directly through our approved agency provider.
