What You'll Do:
Assess and Understand: Identify customer needs and challenges in implementing AI chatbots.
Optimize and Deploy: Tailor our SaaS product to meet customer requirements, working across various industries and deploying solutions on customer servers.
Collaborate and Support: Work with internal teams and customers to deliver high-quality products and ensure ongoing support.
What You'll Need:
5+ years of product management experience, preferably at early to growth-stage startups.
Proven success in building and launching high-growth products, ideally in AI or language processing.
Strong understanding of Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies for B2B enterprise software products.
Ability to translate customer needs into product requirements with a user-centered design approach.
Strong leadership, data analysis, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
A technical background (Master's in CS, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) and familiarity with software development methodologies.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Strategic Product Vision: Define and execute the product strategy, aligning it with company goals, market trends, and customer needs.
GTM Strategy: Develop and implement GTM plans, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and pricing.
Product Development: Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, prioritizing features based on customer feedback and business needs.
Customer Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with customers to gather insights and continuously improve the product.
Sales and Marketing Collaboration: Support sales enablement and partner with marketing for product messaging, positioning, and launch activities.
Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs, track product performance, and iterate strategies for optimal results.
