Throughout the day, you diligently monitor the schedule, dispatch the right technician to each job, and follow up on completed calls to ensure client satisfaction. You also manage the service technicians' schedules, handle return trips, prepare invoices and timecards, resolve client concerns with clear communication, and maintain a professional image in every interaction. OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of experience in industry-related dispatch or coordination
- Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- ServiceTitan or similar dispatch software experience
- Geographical knowledge of the service area - map reading skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Sufficient auditory functioning and visual acuity to operate computer-aided call management hardware, software, and communications equipment with or without accommodation
- Ability to operate a personal computer and related equipment
- Ability to sit for long periods
