同程旅行用户规模超过2亿,是中国两大旅行平台,业务涵盖交通票务预定(机票、火车票、汽车票、船票等)、住宿预定、景点门票预定,以及跟团游、自由行、游轮等产品,广泛覆盖了多个出行和度假场景。


我们在寻找一位美国当地的国际机票商务经理,这一职位在公司海外发展的过程中将起到关键性作用,具体的岗位信息如下:


岗位职责:


1、负责挖掘负责区域的票务资源,引进最优资源进行平台售卖;


2、对所辖区域票务资源进行特征分析;


3、对已接入的客户进行维护以及协助客户解决和平台合作产生的运营、服务等问题;


4、把控平台合作商的资质以及可能存在的风险问题,并第一时间做出方案降低平台风险;


5、积极参与开放平台建设,对平台功能、规则等定期结合自己负责客户特点给出建议;


6,对负责区域的分销商有一定的资源,并有开拓分销商的计划和想法。


任职要求:


1、具备 3 年以上的一类代理人,航空公司机票渠道管理或 OTA供应商 BD 部门工作经验,熟悉 Sabre/Amadeus的操作;


2、熟悉当地渠道,对客户以及资源有一定的了解;


3、沟通表达良好,能够顺畅地与同事或供应商进行沟通交流;


4、熟练操作办公软件,对数据敏感,熟练进行基础数据分析;


5、中英文流利。

Its business covers transportation ticket booking (air tickets, train tickets, bus tickets, ferry tickets, etc.), accommodation booking, scenic spot ticket booking, as well as group tours, self-guided tours, cruises, and other products, extensively covering various travel and vacation scenarios.


We are looking for an International Air Ticket Business Manager in the United States, who will play a key role in the company's overseas development. The specific job information is as follows:


Job Responsibilities:


1. Responsible for exploring ticket resources in the responsible region and introducing the best resources for platform sales;


2. Conduct feature analysis of the ticket resources in the jurisdiction area;


3. Maintain the customers who have been connected and assist them in solving operational and service issues arising from cooperation with the platform;


4. Control the qualifications of platform partners and potential risk issues, and make plans to reduce platform risks as soon as possible;


5. Actively participate in the construction of the open platform, and regularly provide suggestions on platform functions and rules in combination with the characteristics of the customers you are responsible for;


6. Have certain resources for distributors in the responsible area and have plans and ideas for developing distributors.


Qualifications:


1. Have more than 3 years of experience in a first-class agent, airline ticket channel management, or OTA supplier BD department, and be familiar with the operation of Sabre/Amadeus;


2. Familiar with local channels and have a certain understanding of customers and resources;


3. Good communication and expression skills, able to communicate smoothly with colleagues or suppliers;


4. Proficient in office software, sensitive to data, and proficient in basic data analysis;


5. Fluent in both Chinese and English.
