Key Responsibilities

1. Fleet Oversight: Oversee the maintenance, mechanical repairs, and overall efficiency of the company's fleet of vehicles.
2. Safety Compliance: Ensure the safe operation of all fleet vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
3. Maintenance Record Management: Ensure all maintenance record data is kept up to date with the help of the fleet software department.
4. Parts and Inventory Control: Control the acquisition and inventory of parts, supplies, equipment, tools, hardware, and software.
5. Continuous Maintenance Program: Manage a continuous maintenance program for fleet vehicles.
6. Emergency Supplies Management: Order urgent or emergency parts and supplies as needed.
