About the role
As part of the early group of Sales hires at Metronome, you'll help develop our Go-to-Market (GTM) strategy and close (and grow) our largest customers in partnership with our Head of Sales. We're looking for team members that take initiative and ownership to establish engagement models and drive revenue growth from initial conversation through deployment and beyond. We'll look to you to build deep product and ecosystem expertise to articulate Metronome's value proposition to various personas across Product, Engineering, Finance, and Ops stakeholders. In addition, you'll often be working with C-level executives to further business transformation projects. You'll work closely and cross-functionally across various teams including Growth and Product to help drive our product roadmap and marketing activities.
