• We are in search of a Plumbing Designer to join our SF office.
• The ideal candidate will develop engineering design documentation under the supervision of an assigned engineer;
• Create construction models in AutoCAD and Revit;
• Create detailed field installation drawings and fabrication drawings;
• Work from both customer and firm drawings;
• Perform file management functions such as posting models, downloading model updates, and managing links;
• CAD and Revit drafting;
• Provide technical support for existing projects and field service;
• Attend and participate in project meetings, communicating with other trades, and creating/extracting reports, as required.

• Bachelors Degree in Architectural or Mechanical Engineering or a 2 year technical or associates degree in Computer Aided Drafting/Construction Technology, Mechanical Technology, or similar;
• EIT certification, or interest in obtaining;
• Demonstrate knowledge or interest on MEP systems and their installation, with an emphasis on mechanical and plumbing installations preferred;
• Developing knowledge of mechanical system design;
• Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD;
• Possess an understanding of drawing and modeling organization, detail, and precision;
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel;
• Positive attitude and desire to work as part of a team.

Base Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000

(Actual compensation is subject to variation due to such factors as education, experience, skillset, and/or location)
