About the role:

We're looking for an entrepreneurial and gritty Product Lead to join our growing Product team. At Collective we are building first-of-its-kind AI-enabled financial back-office to help millions of solopreneurs run their businesses more effectively. We pride ourselves in rethinking established paradigms and bringing creative solutions into existence. As the product lead you will set the vision, strategy, roadmap, and lead execution for your area. You will help your team navigate uncertainty with structured thinking & communication. Lead with strong product instincts and be highly effective at knocking down walls to get things done.
Responsibilities:

  • Own the product area vision, strategy, implementation, and customer & business outcomes.
  • Lead and inspire a team (engineers, designers, business operations) to ship innovative, category-defining experiences.
  • Deeply understand business and product performance to ensure your team is focused on the highest leverage opportunities.
  • Manage the roadmap and team processes to ensure execution velocity and effective tradeoffs between business priorities & available resources.
  • Drive effective partnership cross-functionally and across product teams.
  • Define frameworks and metrics to put in perspective + measure your team's impact; deeply understand the core product/business drivers and monitor progress.

  • Intellectual curiosity & humility - Product development is a deep team sport. You are intellectually curious, a team player, and have strong opinions loosely held w/ humility.
  • Fintech expertise - You understand financial products, their business models, regulatory requirements, and operational considerations.
Bonus Points if you have:
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth environment.
  • Prior consulting (BCG/Bain/Mckinsey) or investment banking experience.
  • Reforge certification(s).

What we offer in return:

Compensation Range: $190,000 - $220,000 annual base salary

The salary ranges for the roles are posted for your convenience and review. Please understand that if an offer is presented, the offer compensation package will be based on the relevant position related skills a candidate demonstrates during our formal interview process.
