The Sales Partner provides the leadership, management, and vision necessary to ensure City Wide Facility Solutions achieves its sales goals. The right candidate will develop a strong team of qualified sales individuals who will ensure the achievement of business goals and results. The Sales Partner is also responsible for adhering to budgetary guidelines, tracking data and metrics, strategic planning, and building a positive team culture. Owner equity partnership requirements will be part of the selection process.
