Executive Assistant
Location: San Francisco, CA or Palo Alto, CA (HYBRID)
Pay: $55-60 per hour
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for complex and detailed calendar management
Must arrange all travel including flights, hotel, and ground transportation
Responsible for preparation of monthly expense reports
Input meeting notes and correspondence into CRM
Prepare reports for weekly, monthly, and quarterly meetings
Requirements
Must have superior organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Bachelor's degree
Must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work well within a team environment
