Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor s degree preferred
• 2+ years of work experience in administration and/or customer service
• Comfortable performing high-volume calls
• Experience utilizing Office 365 applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Quick learner & tech-savvy
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
