**Driver onboarding associate**

**What youll do, in more detail:**

- Youll manage the driver recruiting process from top to bottomincluding research, planning, and candidate assessment. - Youll screen each application and follow each of their progress from beginning to end. - Youll develop processes and guidelines for the recruitment process that are aligned with the values and goals of Popcorn. - Organize! Organize! Organize! Youll be in charge of managing documentation for current and new hires contracts, legal documentation, and all personal information. - Creating new, innovative, and thoughtful ways to attract the best people to join Popcorn is one of the most important things youll dowe know youre one of the best, so we need you to help us find more of the best. - Youll work closely with the Popcorn Operations teams to improve our processes and blow past expectations. - Being a team player is crucial to both our success and yoursas Rider Onboarding Associate youll support our team on a variety of important projects.
