**About the Role:**

Mollie Stones Markets is looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant to be an integral part of its Deli, Bakery and Cheese Department. This position will require a detail-oriented individual with the ability to multitask and practice effective time management. The main work location for this position will be the Produce Distribution Center in San Francisco.

**Essential Functions:**

* Works closely with DBC Team to coordinate communications, logistics, publications of price books and follows-up accordingly.

* Manages professional DBC team obligations; logistics, events, etc.

* Directs mail/e-mail to appropriate internal staff with detailed action items.

* Completes projects and special assignments by meeting established objectives on a timely basis; monitors progress; resolves any problems, and adjusts the project as needed.

* Determines priorities and communicates with others as required.

* Maintains strict confidentiality of all corporate and personal information.

* Provides detailed data, information, and resources in preparation for DBC Team.

* Vendor Checks: processing all rebate checks and ad dollars.

* Manage and order supplies for Corporate Office: paper supplies for the kitchen, etc.

* Process and distribute interoffice DBC mail.

* Manage printing and distribution of price books.

* Prints and distributes inventory sheets on a monthly basis.

* Manages incoming vendor samples.

* Order and distribution of posters, stickers, sandwich pads and cards, rubber stamps, etc.

* Recipes: assist in the final assessment of new recipes.

* Assist with all DBC business at the warehouse as directed.

* Contribute to or oversee marketing objectives, such as ads, TPRs, almanac, and demos.

* Perform other duties as required.

**Minimum Qualifications:**

* Experience providing administrative support in a fast-paced environment.

* At least 1 year of administrative experience working with a leadership team in a food environment.

* Passion for food and people.

* Proficiency in various computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and FileMaker Pro.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* High School Diploma and 2 years of college.

* Strong attention to detail and organization with maturity to manage highly confidential information and materials required.

* Professionalism and composure in stressful situations and in meeting short deadlines.

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Excellent project management and organization skills with the ability to complete project work while at the same time attending to work that is deemed as a priority; switching priorities and focus as needed.

* Ability to hold self-accountable for high-quality, timely and effective results.

**Physical Requirements:**

* Must be able to regularly lift at least 10 lbs.

* Standing: Up to 2 hours per day

* Seating: Up to 8 hours per day.

* Walking: Up to 2 hours per day.

* Reaching: Up to 2 hours per day

* Please be aware that you may be required to wear Covid-19 related PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as mandated by Company Policy.

**Travel Requirements:**

* Independent and reliable local travel up to 20% of the time.

* This position may work out of the Produce Distribution Center in San Francisco or at the Corporate office in Mill Valley would be preferred.
