Description:

LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Senior IT Analyst a health and wellness company company located in the heart of San Francisco, who has a dynamic team that values innovation, efficiency, and the power of technology to solve problems.


This position is a Direct Hire, Full Time, W2, and Hybrid position (2 days on-site). Mainly reporting to HQ in SF. You'll support their offices locally and remotely, with occasional travel to 2 bay area sites.


What You'll Do:


As the Senior IT Analyst, you'll be the go-to person for all things tech. From Windows AD, Azure, and AWS environments to the nitty-gritty of audio-visual and telephony systems, you'll handle it all. Your typical day might include deploying servers, managing O365 services, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and providing top-notch support to our users. With your expertise, our IT operations will run smoother than ever, ensuring productivity and tech harmony across the board.

Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of network administration and helpdesk/IT Support experience.
  • Experience in Windows AD (Microsoft Entra ID), Azure, and/or AWS Environment.
  • Solid experience with Windows AD, Azure, AWS, server management, and monitoring.
  • AV and Telephony: Knowledge in setting up and maintaining Poly AV systems, Microsoft Teams Rooms, Teams Voice, Mitel, and mobile devices.
  • Office 365 Proficiency: Skilled in managing Exchange Online, Intune, SharePoint, Teams, and related user account permissions.
  • Hardware Support: Capable of managing the lifecycle of user devices and peripherals, including troubleshooting and coordinating repairs.
  • Communication: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • User Support: Demonstrated experience in offering technical support and training to end-users.
  • Problem Solving: Effective at troubleshooting and resolving both hardware and software issues.
  • Ticket Management: Experienced in using ticketing systems (Jira) to track and resolve issues efficiently.
  • IT certifications or equivalent experience is preferred!
  • Formal Industry experience in health in wellness preferred!


Expected Salary range: 135,000 - 155,000k + discretionary bonus
