**Good Earth Mill Valley store is seeking a Full Time Shopper/Delivery Driver for online orders. This position will report to Good On-Line Shopping Manager.**

Good Earth Natural Foods On-Line Shopping Program is seeking a Full Time Shopper/Delivery Driver for the Mill Valley Store. If you love to drive and have great people skills, then this may be the job for you. In this position you also will be responsible for receiving and managing online customer orders through Good Earths website when there are no deliveries to perform. This dynamic position combines computer skills, product knowledge and customer service skills to fulfill online orders within the store for customers either by pick-up or external delivery service. This is a physical job as you gather and pack orders. It can be a labor intensive job and you are often working outside in warm or cold weather. You will need a valid drivers license. This position is 40 hrs/week and includes both weekend days. 10:30am to 7:00pm.

**Responsibilities**

* Learn and master the order fulfillment app system and website

* Efficiently and quickly collect the items presented in the orders

* Pick items using walk paths and temperature considerations

* Communicate with the customer regarding the specifics of their order

* Pack orders efficiently being conscious of the amount of materials used

* Engage a sense of urgency when customers or delivery vehicle arrive to pick-up orders

**Qualifications**

* Proficient computer skills to receive, review, and process orders

* Ability to use handheld devices, such as barcode scanners and mobile apps

* Must be 21 years of age

* Valid drivers license

* Clean drivers record

* Familiarity with natural product brands

* Minimum of six months previous customer service experience

*Strong verbal communication skills, self-initiative, prioritization skills

*Ability to take direction gracefully, partner well, be flexible, and contribute to a positive work environment

*Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs regularly, with frequent and varied use of hands and arms

*Must be aligned with or sincerely open to the organic food movement.
