This role will be based in San Francisco, Mountain View / Sunnyvale, Washington D.C, or NYC. We are looking for a Business Operation Associate to join our BizOps team in leading our top- and bottom-line impact through objective analysis, operational insights and strategic initiatives. As an Associate you'll be supporting our LinkedIn Talent Solutions business line, more specifically our LinkedIn Learning product. Different product tracks this person would partner with include how learners onboard to the product, discover content, consume content, and retain on the product. Responsibilities: Deliver strategic projects for our leadership that provide key business insights for high-priority initiativesIdentify, diagnose and resolve performance issuesConduct in-depth analysis of our various businesses and develop deep understanding of key value drivers to identify improvement areas and opportunitiesServe as the connective tissue of a cross-functional team (including Sales, Product Management, Marketing, Sales Operations, Finance, Business Development, Corporate Development, and other internal groups, etc.), working to share knowledge and drive people towards a common goalPartner with LinkedIn Learning Product Managers and other xFunctional teams to drive engagement growth for our Learning products by framing how we should be looking at the opportunities, developing hypothesis and deep diving into analysis to drive fact-based strategies.Take ownership of actively managing performance of key operating metric, including LinkedIn Learning's true north metric, through diagnosing operational issues and driving resolution for those issues. Person needs to be comfortable diving into data and then bubbling up key insights for the executive team.QualificationsBasic Qualifications: BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, physics, computer science, business or related discipline or relevant work experience2+ years of work experience in a strategy related role with an emphasis on quantitative skillsPreferred Qualifications: Background in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, strategy or an operational or growth role within a technology companyProactive and passionate: You're independently capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situationsHigh-energy, team-first attitude: You're motivated to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment to help our growing businessHighly analytical: You're analytical, with experience decomposing and solving real world business problems, ideally building/using advanced models. The pay range for this role is [$78,000 to $126,000]. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific office location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor. The total compensation package for this position may also include annual performance bonus, stock, benefits and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans.
