Summary:

We are seeking a talented Accounting Assistant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion will be responsible for handling and working through all aspects of administration. The opportunity will offer a lot of long-term learning and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as main point of contact between fulfillment center, retail partners (stores), and customers.
  • Handle incoming retail partner orders, entering Sales Invoices to QuickBooks online and Accounts Receivable duties.
  • Accounts Payable duties, including posting vendor invoices into QB online, balancing all supplier statements monthly, and contacting suppliers with any invoice discrepancies.
  • Inventory Management - monthly inventory audits; research and resolve inventory discrepancies with warehouse.
  • Helping to research a wide range of initiatives from ongoing cost saving measures to logistics.
Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required.
  • English Resume is required.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
