Weee! is looking for a production/studio assistant to join our fast-growing studio team. This individual will need to be extremely self-driven, detail oriented and organized, as well as supporting the photo/video team in various aspects of imaging production and studio management.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist with day-to-day studio needs.Work closely with the photo/videographer and studio team to make sure the shoot is going smoothly.

* Support needs of photographer/videographer on set or location.

* Pack/unpack gear, set up and tear down sets, and other production responsibilities as needed. Ensure the studio is cleaned and equipment is properly stored after shoots.

* Set up and maintain equipment cameras, lighting, tripods, jibs, dollies, and tracks as needed.

* Assist building sets with the product stylist, making sure sets are ready for the next shoot.

* Representing the studio in a professional manner at all times, maintain a clean and organized studio.

* Maintaining photo equipment to ensure longevity and cost effective use of purchase equipment, supplies, and consumables.

* Learning and applying proper naming conventions for archiving digital assets.

* Responsible for the coordination and transport of products between the studio and warehouses (Union City).

* collaborating and communicating with teams from Merchandise, Creative, Planning and Facility .

* Undertake errands as assigned.

**Requirements**

* Proven experience as production or studio assistant with a minimum of 1-year experience in either video or photo production.

* High school diploma; Relevant training (e.g. production courses) will be an advantage.

* Knowledge of Microsoft office, Google doc.

* Knowledge of Canon DSLR cameras and various strobe lighting systems.

* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

* Must be comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

* Excellent organizational and multi-tasking ability.

* Resourceful and problem-solving personality.

* A team player with great communication skills.

* Poses strong follow through with communications.

* Forward thinking.

* Quick learner, very organized and able to multitask or change directions quickly.

* Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, ability to be on feet for long periods of time and reach on a daily basis.

* Physical strength and stamina. ability to lift and move 40 lbs.

* Preferably fluent in Chinese and English.

* A valid driver license and a reliable vehicle.
