We are seeking motivated and licensed Insurance Agents as well as those willing to obtain licensure through our platform to join our team on a 1099 commission-based arrangement. As an associate, you will be responsible for cultivating relationships with clients, understanding their unique financial needs, and recommending appropriate options and solutions. This role offers the flexibility to work independently while enjoying the support and resources of a dedicated team.
This is a 1099 opportunity.

Qualifications:
-Valid and active insurance license or willingness to obtain licensure through our licensing program.
-Proven sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry, training provided for brand new associates.
-Three "C's" - Communication, Commitment, & Coachability.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently.
-Familiarity with insurance products and industry regulations where applicable.
-Ability to pass a background check.
-18 years or older.
