Skills we would be interested in attracting include:

Frontend skills might include: React & React Hooks, TypeScript, Redux, Styled Components, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), HTML, GUI/UI

Backend Skills might include: Java, C/C++, Python, MySQL/PostgreSQL (T-SQL), Active MQ/Rabbit MQ, Source Control Tools Git, Object Orientated Design, Linux

Fullstack skills might include: all of the above, plus: Spring boot REST API, Microservices, Active MQ/Rabbit MQ, PHP, Bash Scripting, Design Patterns, Formal Data Structions (C/C++), Google Cloud and Docker, Source Control Management Tools (GitHub), Deployment Tools (Jenkins)

User Interface/User Experience Designer skills might include: Conducting user research activities, such as user interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Applying the principles of UCD to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs and goals of the target audience. Structuring and organizing information in a logical and intuitive manner, including creating site maps, navigation systems, and user flows. Creating wireframes and interactive prototypes using tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or InVision to visualize and test interface concepts and interactions. Applying design principles, such as typography, color theory, and layout, to create visually appealing and cohesive interfaces that align with the brand identity. Defining and designing user interactions and micro-interactions within interfaces, including hover states, button feedback, and transitions, to enhance the user experience. Planning and conducting usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness and usability of designs, and incorporating feedback to iteratively improve the user experience. Crafting clear and concise user interface copy, including labels, instructions, and error messages, to guide users and enhance the overall user experience. Working closely with cross-functional teams, such as product managers, developers, and stakeholders, effectively communicating design decisions, and collaborating throughout the design process. Designing interfaces that are optimized for different devices and screen sizes, ensuring a consistent and seamless user experience across platforms. Understanding accessibility guidelines and incorporating accessible design principles to ensure inclusive experiences for users with disabilities. Proficiency in using design software like Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Photoshop, as well as collaboration tools like Zeplin or Abstract, to create and share design assets with the development team.

Product Manager skills might include: Product Strategy, Market Research and Customer Insights, Product Planning and Roadmapping using tools like Aha!, Productboard, or Airtable to create product roadmaps, Agile Methodologies, and like Scrum or Kanban, User Experience (UX) and Design Thinking and tools like UserTesting, Optimal Workshop, or UsabilityHub to conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback for product improvements, Project Management and tools such as Agile Central (Rally) or Azure DevOps., Data-Driven Decision Making using Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude to track user behavior, measure product metrics, and gain insights into user engagement and retention, Stakeholder Management, Leadership and Influencing Skills, Business Acumen, Communication and Presentation Skills and having familiarity with BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to visualize and analyze data, create dashboards, and present insights to stakeholders, JIRA, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com to manage product backlogs, track progress, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. prototyping and wireframing tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma,

Project Manager skills might include: While some of the skills of a Project and Product Manager may overlap, for our role, a Project Manager is more likely to have the following skills: PMP, Microsoft Project, JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com to create project plans, track tasks, manage resources, and monitor progress. Gantt Charts and Timelines: Knowledge of creating and interpreting Gantt charts and timelines to visualize project schedules, dependencies, and critical paths. Experience in Risk Management to identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, as well as familiarity with tools like Risk Register or Risk Assessment Matrix. Budgeting and Financial Management skills in budget estimation, cost control, and financial management to ensure projects are delivered within allocated budgets. Excellent proficiency in tools like Excel for financial analysis. Communication and Collaboration using tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom to facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams is a given. Quality Management principles and methodologies such as Six Sigma or Total Quality Management (TQM) to ensure project deliverables meet quality standards. Knowledge of methodologies like Agile and Scrum or Kanban, for possible iterative planning, backlog management, sprint planning, and conducting daily stand-up meetings. Being able to identify stakeholders. Understanding of Change Management Theory and Lifecycle. Resource Allocation and Management knowledge to effectively optimize cost and maximize revenue. Proficiency with documentation and reporting to appropriate stakeholders using whatever visual tools, dashboards, spreadsheets, and data analytics are available and at your disposal. Finally, having strong leadership skills to inspire and motivate project teams, foster collaboration, and promote effective teamwork to achieve project objectives?????.
