As the Delivery Dispatcher for our operation in San Francisco, you are directly responsible for overseeing and assisting in the daily delivery of our boxes. You will manage, mentor, and develop a team of drivers who ultimately ensure that our customers have a great experience when they open their boxes. This is an exciting time to join the team because you will play a huge part in shaping this operation and building a blueprint for future launches in new cities. **Daily Responsibilities**

+ Overseeing all our drivers from load-out beginning 4:00 AM to about 12:30 PM

+ Planning routes with our system

+ Respond to calls from drivers on their routes who need support

+ Communicate with Customer Care team on any customer delivery issues and failed deliveries

+ Staff the routes and assign routes to drivers daily

+ 2+ years experience in dispatching / driving role

+ Working knowledge of optimization techniques and process flow improvements

+ Experience managing a nimble, fast-growing team

+ Computer skills, particularly excel

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills

+ Energetic and excited about Imperfect

+ Highly organized and strong attention to detail

+ Ability to multi-task

+ Excels at independent, unsupervised work

+ This position reports to the San Francisco Distribution Manager.

+ Full-time non-exempt position with occasional overtime as needed
