We are seeking to hireHospitality Ambassadorsto join our team in San Francisco. In this role you will be responsible for actively engaging with the general public in order to provide directions, assistance, and recommendations to enhance their stay in this iconic city.

In this role, you will also be cross trained in recognizing safety and quality of life concerns to report to the proper authorities for resolutions.

Strong communication skills are needed in this role as we are dealing with city agencies, other team members and visitors. A professional demeanor is required and a friendly and outgoing personality is a must. Going out of your way to engage with people is the name of the game and those that are true "people" persons, dependability and ability to multitask make perfect Ambassadors!

• Walking the district- circulating assigned zones to offer engagement and assistance to any in need
• Observe and report unwanted behaviors
• Actively engage and acknowledge pedestrians. Greeting and offering any recommendations needed

Job Types: Part-time, Full-time

Salary: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Requirements

PHYSICAL ABILITIES

Must have the physical capacity to traverse continuously during an eight hour shift with normal breaks.

Must be able to work outdoors in all conditions with provided inclement weather gear. Communicate must be able to speak, read and write in English in order to create basic reports.
