Candidates should possess the following qualifications: 

BA/BS degree in Accounting
Current CPA License
4+ years experience in public accounting focusing on income tax 
Income Tax Research Skills 
Experience with ProSystems Tax and Engagement is a plus 
Excellent writing and oral communication skills 
Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet project deadlines 
Leadership ability with a positive team player attitude
Ability to train and supervise lower level staff
Ability to demonstrate practice development is a plus
